Pre-registration

Participation of CNRS, Labex AMADEUS, and Cost Action EXTREMA members is subsidized after acceptance (see pre-registration form).

- For CNRS and Labex AMADEUS members, participation is fully funded

- For EXTREMA members (academics and students) a 50% discount is allocated (fees then correspond to a part of the lodging and meals cost)

- For all the other participants, fees are (without VAT):

Academic: 400 €

Student: 200 €

Industrial: 1000 €

The conference fees cover: transportation between Bordeaux and the MART-3D site, participation in the school, school documents, lodging (4 nights), all meals (lunches and diners), coffee breaks, and social events.

>> All attendees have to fill in the pre-registration form to apply for attending MART-3D.
